Shipping Rental Equipment

All Rental Equipment will be shipped either UPS, or FedEx Overnight shipping. All Deliveries will require “Signature Required” from the purchaser at the delivery address.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • If you are wanting to request UPS or FedEx please email info@nvgrentals.com with your order number stating that request.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to products that are listed on the https://nvgrentals.com/ website or Social Media applications (collectively, referred to as the “Site”), as “Sold and Shipped by NVG Rentals LLC.”. Any cancellation and/or returns once an order is placed can be subject to a 3% fee. Prior to making your purchase, please feel free to reach out to our team at info@nvgrentals.com for any questions about your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel your order without notice if there is a problem with your order. If you have questions about an order that has been canceled, please email us at info@nvgrentals.com.

Night Vision DOA Criteria

NVG Rentals LLC takes every necessary step to ensure that all night vision rental equipment is fully functional and mission-ready before it reaches the customer. Each unit undergoes a thorough inspection and quality control process to meet our operational standards and performance checklist prior to every shipment.

  • DOA is defined as a product that fails at initial power-up.
  • DOAs must be claimed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
  • Products must have been purchased directly from NVG Rentals LLC.
  • Product was not modified and or disassembled in any way
  • If NVG Rentals LLC determines that a rental unit is non-functional upon delivery (Dead on Arrival) and qualifies for replacement, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost. A replacement request and Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued at that time. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA.
  • NVG Rentals LLC will cover all associated shipping costs, and any days the customer is without a functioning unit due to a verified DOA will be credited with additional rental days at no charge.
